I stayed one night in a double room. It was very clean and beautiful. The kitchen and dining area had everything I needed. I loved the view of the mountains and Skogafoss from my window, just a 5-minute walk to the waterfall. Highly recommend! 🌟

I encountered a few challenges during my stay. The room was quite small and lacked a sink, which made sharing the bathroom a bit inconvenient. There was often a line for the bathroom, especially during the busy morning hours, and with no place to dry towels, it felt cramped with hangers full of wet clothes.

I appreciated the cleanliness. everything felt immaculate and well-maintained. However, the ventilation in the room could have been better. I noticed that there wasn’t much airflow, which made the space a bit stuffy at times. Additionally, the shared bathroom I used had wet floors during my visit, which could have been managed better. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was fantastic, especially the proximity to Skogafoss Waterfall. It was just a couple of minutes away, making it super convenient for quick visits.

Conveniently located just under a kilometer from Skogafoss, the guesthouse offers clean rooms and a shared kitchen to prepare meals. While the shared bathroom facilities may be limited at times, the overall experience is pleasant and peaceful, perfect for families or solo travelers alike.

Couples should consider it

This guesthouse is a gem. We could see the waterfall from the kitchen windows. Cooking together in the big kitchen was lovely, especially with the sunrise view as we sipped our coffee.

It wasn't exactly cheap but worth it for the experience.

Wi-fi was fast, but shared kitchen was a bit messy during my stay.
